Unlike other forms of therapy
that can take years and many thousands of pounds to work, NLP is a form of
brief therapy that is focuses on what you want, rather than the pains of the
past. Each session lasts between an hour and two hours depending upon the outcome that you desire. Some issues like phobias and smoking addiction can be resolved in a single session, other problems and life challenges can take up to 8 session. For NLP Therapy I advise meeting weekly to begin and then fortnightly. |

| Where can I do it? | NLP Coaching is a monthly commitment that focuses on setting and achieving goals over time. Most people commit to a minimum of 6 coaching sessions and telephone coaching can be useful after this period.
