Transformation is just a rumour until it is embodied and lived soulfully in everyday life. In addition to NLP Trainings and 12 Step Recovery Coaching, Ben Grassby offers Classes and Workshops which are Somatically Based, movement and physical experiential events.

Bristol NLP offers 3 main avenues to self development, fulfilment and change:

Mind:Body Neurology: Our NLP Trainings and Coaching offer the structure of magic and the tools for an incredible fulfilling life.

Embodiment : Somatic movement and dance classes to deepen change into the lived emotional experience of being alive and emobodied. This includes 5Rhythms sweats as well as Somatic Syntax, embodiment workshops and movement classes.

Spiritual – Our 12 step informed, Personal Recovery Coaching addresses the ‘eternal search’ for wellness and belonging through opening the doors to the personal  mystery of life and the possibility of a personal ‘higher power’, leaving behind the eternal quest for fulfilment in the false promises of people, places, substances, compulsive behaviours and things.
