5Rhythms Glastonbury

We currently offer weekly 5Rhythms Sweats, a movement meditation with Ben Grassby, 5Rhythms Teacher in Training.

Beginning 22nd April, then every Monday evening, join Ben Grassby for this energising evening 5Rhythms Sweat, arrive at 7:30pm for the warm up music then a demonstration by Ben followed by an hour of ecstatic, energising electronic music and ending in a guided meditation to soft sounds. An amazing weekly event, open to all, all ages, all body types, all personalities

Sunday Mornings are the ideal time to move and energise your mind, body and spirit for the day and week ahead. On selected Sundays join Ben Grassby for this energising evening 5Rhythms Sweat, arrive at 10:45am for a 90 minute Sweat between 11am and 12:30pm with social time after. Everyone welcome , Glastonbury community and visitors – An amazing experience for all.

Details and Booking

Each Sweat is held in an open dance space with room to move, areas the rest and space to explore. Ben Grassby is currently participating in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
The session begins with a musical warm up, then a demonstration of an aspect of the 5 Rhythms map followed by an hour of movement guided by music where there is no talking or distractions.

Spiritual – Our 12 step informed, Personal Recovery Coaching addresses the ‘eternal search’ for wellness and belonging through opening the doors to the personal  mystery of life and the possibility of a personal ‘higher power’, leaving behind the eternal quest for fulfilment in the false promises of people, places, substances, compulsive behaviours and things.
